RESOLUTION OF SEPTEMBER 9, 2014 OF THE DIRECTORATE OF THE SCHOOL OF INDUSTRIAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERS WHERE THE CRITERIA FOR THE GRANTING OF CHANGES OF GROUPS ARE APPROVED

Once the Directorate of the School of Industrial and Civil Engineering of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has met, the reasons that will be assessed for requests to change shift or group are specified, with the corresponding supporting documentation to be submitted:

  1. High-level athletes and high-performance athletes: accreditation published in the Official Gazette of the State or the corresponding Autonomous Community or, where appropriate, certification from the Higher Sports Council.
  2. People with disabilities or special educational needs and people with permanent incapacity for work: resolution or certification issued by the competent body of the Autonomous Community, accrediting such situation and the degree or level that corresponds to it.
  3. Economic situation: Scholarship credential from the Ministry of Education, corresponding to the 2013/2014 academic year, stating the inclusion of the applicant among the thresholds that give the right to it.
  4. Work Activity: work contract registered by the Employment Service of the Autonomous Community, stating that it has been formalized three months or more in advance of the opening of the application submission period, and a working life report issued within the application period.
  5. Applicants for a scholarship denied at the CAC: they must provide an annual income tax return or, where appropriate, a certification issued by the competent body stating that it is not compulsory to submit said statement.
  6. By family situation: Report of the social worker, Social Services of the University or General Directorate of Social Welfare.
  7. By coincidence with official studies in another educational center: Official certificate from the center stating the enrollment in the current course, the class schedule and the non-existence of another alternative shift.
  8. Due to another duly justified circumstance not included in the previous sections.

Documentation to provide: certificates from entities or official bodies with competence in the circumstance that is exposed.

It must be submitted in the registry of the EIIC’s secretariat of direction.
