The Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering belongs to the branch of knowledge of Engineering and Architecture. Its main objective is the scientific, technological and socioeconomic training of the student oriented to the design and operation of chemical facilities.The curriculum leading to the Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering consists of 240 ECTS credits distributed in four academic courses of 60 credits each and enables access to a Master’s degree.

The minimum number of European enrollment credits per student and school period in the degree is in accordance with the Progress and Permanence Standards in the official degrees of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which establish the modalities of enrollment in time complete and partial.

The languages ​​used in the teaching of this degree are Spanish and English with proportions of 95% and 5% of the credits that make up the degree, respectively.

To obtain the degree, the student must have the equivalent of level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​in a foreign language.
